I'm Nadine and from Australia. 

 

Not a hippie, travel blogger, or wannabe…

​

Just a girl who left society, showers, bathrooms, routine and the permanence of home life to live freely amidst nature and roam the earth with a motor under my feet.

​

In May 2017, I bought and converted a bus into a rolling adventure driving from Chile to Canada!

​

Never a dream or something I intended to do, just a serendipitous series of events that led me to create the Submarine With Wheels. 

​

The Submarine with Wheels is more than a bus. It’s a home and a travelling community.

​

People from all over the world join our tribe and share great memories

of discovering the world together.

​

In October 2019, the Submarine bus went into storage in Panama due to safety concerns of onward travel of the Nicaraguan civil war. It is patiently awaiting its mother's return. 

​

Nadine and Henning have been travelling since 2020 downwards from the United States onwards to Panama. First in their epic self-converted Salt Ghost short Skoolie and now enjoying the Overlanding offroad experiences in their Landcruiser. 

​

Currently, in Mexico 2022, on route to Panama to rescue the Submarine with Wheels. 

 

I never intended to be on the road this long. I started this journey when I was 27 and still chasing the dream at 33.
